Delivery

All orders ship within 48 hours of purchase (weekends and holidays not included). You'll receive an email when your order is dispatched, with your order details and tracking information.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, so we can look into it and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges, except when there is a flaw in workmanship. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
